Friends, my path to audiobook narration is a silly one. It is simultaneously something I always thought I’d like to do/might be good at, and somewhere I landed because I was trying to make music. In the end, I think I’ve put out some solid performances of some lovely and important books you might enjoy.
There are actually three titles coming out in a small span of time, but here’s the most recent! This audio is a longer preview than you’ll find on Audible, and there’s some context and prologue before it, but I hope you enjoy!
The Temple Dancer’s Diary - available now!
Cristy L. Bowlin
Salt on a Robin’s Tail - available now!
Andrea Kott
Capitalism, but for stories, so, vote with your $$$
Also, friends, I get royalties on all these for the next 7 years.
Let’s make them count.
(Before the AI acolytes get too far in their attempts to automate all human pleasures and work.)
*Vaguely specific disclaimer: For audiophiles and techno-nerds, there are qualifications here as I learned the particulars of audiobook engineering (I will never stop hearing mouth clicksssss).
